Keith Medenblik was first appointed to the Halton Hills Public Library Board in 2019 and served as Board Chair from 2021 to 2023. Originally from Southwestern Ontario, Keith has been a resident of Halton Hills for more than a decade and is proud to call Georgetown home. He is enthusiastic about his community, which led to his involvement with HHPL. He believes the library is not simply a place to borrow books, but a gateway to connection and an essential component of a strong and healthy community.
As a public affairs professional, Keith has more than 25 years experience in advocacy, policy development, and stakeholder relations. In addition to serving on the Library Board, he also serves as a member of the Town’s Committee of Adjustment. Personally, Keith is a proud husband and father of four children. He is an active member of the Region of Halton Dart League, which operates out of local establishments in Georgetown and Acton. He is also a passionate fan of Toronto FC and enjoys travelling to opposing stadiums around North America to support the Reds.
