Decodable Books 

Decodable books are written using words that follow phonics patterns the reader has already learned, making it easier for them to sound out and read independently. They are designed to help beginning or struggling readers practice and strengthen their decoding skills. 

Reader Pens 

A C-Pen Reader can be used to read printed text. By tracing a single word or a full paragraph with the C-Pen, you can hear the words being read aloud. The C-Pen will read text in English, French, Spanish and Italian. The pen can also provide definitions and pronunciations.  

Kid Speak 

Help your child build their vocabulary and practice simple grammar. A cartoon friend provides immersion through songs, activities and puzzles. Suitable for ages 6+ and part of Transparent Languages. Kid Speak is available in 6 different languages including English, French, Spanish, and more. 

LinkedIn Learning 

LinkedIn Learning, for high school and post-secondary students: access thousands of expert-led videos on building good study skills, learning how to code, or starting your job search.  

Tumblebooks 

TumbleBooks is an online collection of e-books for children. There are over 1200 animated, talking picture books. The site also features Spanish and French books, read-along chapter books, non-fiction books, and exciting games and puzzles.
