Mark your calendars for our ever-popular event of the year for book lovers! Wines & Spines is back and will be held on the evening of Wednesday, June 18 at the John Elliott Theatre. The evening will feature our favourite publishing representatives with their lists of forthcoming must-reads, plus other fun features and giveaways. 

The festivities begin at 6:00 pm, with a wine and cheese reception in the lobby of the Halton Hills Cultural Centre (cash bar), where you can socialize and talk about your best reads. At 7:30 pm, we move to the John Elliott Theatre for presentations by our publishing representatives, highlighting their most recommended upcoming and newly published titles, perfect for book clubs or your own reading pleasure.  

We are always thrilled to welcome back our popular readers’ advisory speakers to share their picks for potential bestsellers and books-with-buzz, as well as titles that might be flying under the radar but are worth checking out. The Halton Hills Public Library has been hosting these knowledgeable professionals to present at Wines & Spines since the event began.

Tickets are $25 per person and will be available online through the John Elliott Theatre Box Office webpage and in-person at the John Elliott Theatre Box Office.
