Our Seed Library includes a variety of herbs, vegetables, fruit, and flowers, with a focus on local native species, pollinator-friendly plants, and organic vegetables. Seeds are available year-round at both the Acton and Georgetown Branches.

Launched in 2018 with the support of the Downtown Georgetown BIA and Farmers’ Market, and the Town of Halton Hills Office of Sustainability, the Seed Library was created to promote sustainable food choices to residents through free access to seeds.
