Small Business Seminars
The Halton Region Small Business Centre offers various workshops for those starting and running small businesses. View the Program Calendar for upcoming dates at the Halton Hills Public Library.
Room Rentals
You can rent meeting rooms at both branches of the library. View room rentals for room descriptions, availability, and rates.
Product Photography
Book a product photography session for your small business at the library. Each session includes a private room with a light box and tripod. Bring your own smartphone or camera to take photos.
To book a session, please complete a Product Photography Request Form. You will be notified within 5 business days about the availability of your request.
LinkedIn Learning (formerly Lynda.com)
This online service has expert-led courses to help you upgrade or learn a new skill. You will earn certificates of completion that you can upload to your LinkedIn profile. All LinkedIn Learning video tutorials are available 24/7 and are free with your library card.
Consultant-On-Site
The Halton Region Small Business Centre has a consultant on-site one day per month at the Georgetown Branch. These free consultations will help you start a business, write a marketing plan and understand government regulations.
