June is Indigenous History Month, and throughout the month, you’re invited to connect, learn, reflect, and celebrate through a variety of free community experiences happening across Halton Hills.
In partnership with the Town of Halton Hills, Halton Hills Public Library is proud to support programs and events that honour the histories, cultures, traditions, and contributions of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis Peoples while encouraging ongoing learning and meaningful conversations around Truth and Reconciliation.
Whether you attend a ceremony, explore Indigenous artwork, participate in a family activity, or experience live performance and storytelling, there are many ways for you to engage throughout the month.
